crikxs Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis for operating the crikxs platform and all its services. crikxs is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides entertainment services to users in Bangladesh.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If any part of the terms is unclear, the interpretation by crikxs will be considered final.

1.1 Account Security

4.1 Deposits

• A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn
• The welcome bonus is applicable only once per user
• The bonus will only apply if the deposit is made through your own account

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

crikxs has four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold: up to 1.1% cashback per week
• Platinum: up to 1.5% cashback per week

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Any bonus offer may have additional specific conditions, which will be stated in the description of that offer
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise
• crikxs reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud
• crikxs reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

The following general rules apply to the use of all games and sports betting services available on the crikxs platform.

• Each game has its own rules and users are encouraged to read them before starting a game
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, crikxs will reassess the situation and make a decision
• crikxs reserves the right to void a bet if an irregular result is detected in any game or betting activity
• In any dispute regarding game results, crikxs's game logs and server records will be considered final evidence

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

The specific rules for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, and other sports are as follows:

• Bets placed before a match starts are valid only at pre-match odds
• In live betting, odds change in real time — only the final accepted odds will be considered valid
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the bet will also be cancelled and the deposited amount will be refunded
• Official results from the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine outcomes

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crikxs platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account termination as well as legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system, such as bonus arbitrage or collusion
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Participating in fraudulent payments or money laundering activities
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or security, or gaining unauthorized access
• Operating another user's account or placing bets on their behalf
• Attempting to mislead other users about the platform's rules and policies

crikxs reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms is violated
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found
• If false information is provided during the verification process
• If the account holder is identified as a minor
• Upon receipt of an order from a court or regulatory authority

Users may also close their account voluntarily. To do so, please contact the support team by email. All applicable withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
